I had to wait half an hour for the service advisor to talk to me, but after that the process was efficient and prompt. The dealer sent me to a Hertz outpost for a loaner, and all it had available was a m talk to me, but after that the process was efficient and prompt. The dealer sent me to a Hertz outpost for a loaner, and all it had available was a mini van or a pickup. Not much of a choice! However, the repair was done quickly and well. My previous experiences with this service department were very bad, and I have gone out of my way to avoid it for years. This visit was a pleasant surprise. More
