Car had a stray coconut hit it on the lower plastic grill. Service quoted $1000.00 but when we picked up the vehicle actual price paid was $ 1999.00 They never called us prior to any change in repa grill. The claim was the coconut damaged lower air flaps causing this increase. An explanation prior to this bill would have gone a long way to fair understanding of pricing and customer service.
