Very disappointed in entire experience of getting car serviced. Took 3 days to schedule appt waiting for call back after multiple outreaches. Once I dropped off my car, the the loaner I was provide was a serviced. Took 3 days to schedule appt waiting for call back after multiple outreaches. Once I dropped off my car, the the loaner I was provide was a car from Hertz and not even a BMW. The car also took an additional day to be completed after I was originally told it would only take around 4 hours and would be done that day. I ended up seeing on the invoice they had ordered the wrong part. This was never disclosed to me. The entire experience was very frustrating and uninspired. I have have many cars serviced by BMW over the years and I have always had good service. I’m not sure what has changed? More

This is my second time at this BMW dealership for a service issue. I had Kim my service advisor, who just puts your concerns at ease. She goes above and beyond what is normally expected at a premier service issue. I had Kim my service advisor, who just puts your concerns at ease.
