Two hours and 15 minutes for a brake fluid flush In fairness the mechanic did give my car a basic checkup . My car had a basic wash also . Ash is one of BMW’s specialists , I believe they call the Genius. Communications was terrible. Customer had to reach out multiple times to obtain status of vehicle and etc of repair Advisor Rafeal was helpful but he was also out with covid.
