No upfront warning about waiting time. Very bad communication with care team. They had the car for well over 2 hours just for general presale check. Yet, they didn’t do the head gasket tes Very bad communication with care team. They had the car for well over 2 hours just for general presale check. Yet, they didn’t do the head gasket test as, according to them, it needed additional 2 hours!!! So, you had the car in for 2 hours to let me know that the body is OK and that there’s no leak from the engine????! PS: in my request, I stated that I need to check on the head gasket most importantly! More
