They make up things wrong with vehicle, $185 labor an hour, advisors lie, customer pays for their own loaner car and all the snacks , beverages etc. in waiting area with the ridiculous over inflated serv hour, advisors lie, customer pays for their own loaner car and all the snacks , beverages etc. in waiting area with the ridiculous over inflated service prices they quote!! I honestly don’t know how they get away with this and I really hope they get sued and lose their business over fraud!! More

Greg Jones has been great to work with for all my service needs. I am rating the service department and Greg at 5 stars based on my experiences. That said, there are a couple of negatives that are more needs. I am rating the service department and Greg at 5 stars based on my experiences. That said, there are a couple of negatives that are more BMW rather than service related. First, the self service kiosk is a big detractor ... you are BMW not McDonalds. Second, no loaner cars! A Hertz rental is not a substitute for a loaner. Two big dissatisfaction items. One last thing, the time from drive in to service manager is excessive ... the folks across the street at Infinity have you beat on that hands down. Again, great service and service manager but the self service kiosk, long wait time to get to service manager and no loaner cars are not up to the BMW brand. More
