I brought my car in for maintenance as scheduled. My oil was changed and a a tire with a nail was changed out. They washed my car and had me back on the road in under 2.5 hours. It is pretty well run. Of course BMW is very expensive to fix. Parts were $500 and labor was $2500. I had an oil burning smell. So $3200 later I no longer have the smell. We recently moved to Sarasota from St. Pete where our service had been terrific so it was a high bar to cross over. Our Service Advisor, Kim Caleo, was outstanding! She stepped in for some Pete where our service had been terrific so it was a high bar to cross over. Our Service Advisor, Kim Caleo, was outstanding! She stepped in for someone else who was unavailable for my 8:00 am appointment and basically took over the show. I was scheduled for a brake flush but she caught the uneven wear on my front tires and recommended a front end alignment and wheel balance. She was dead on given the report that came back showing the before and after. It likely put another 10,000 miles on the front tires which were approaching the level for replacement. Thanks Kim! Lucy, the service advisor was professional & accommodating when my local dealership in FtMyers couldn’t even seem able to return my phone calls….eve Lucy, the service advisor was professional & accommodating when my local dealership in FtMyers couldn’t even seem able to return my phone calls….even the GM didn’t have time for me. Their loss, as now I will make the drive to Sarasota for all my car’s needs. Really impressed by the video explaining the repairs that were done.
