Busy dealership. There were 40 cars ahead of me for service. I was told 2 hours for an oil change (with an appointment). It took almost 4 hours. I declined the free wash because that would of been another 30 minutes. The dealership was clean, employees were friendly but busy and appeared well organized. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the girls that work the concierge desk were not welcoming whatsoever. In fact, I was standing there waiting for them to acknowledge me for quite a while. They were talking amongst themselves trying to figure out some sort of issue completely ignoring my existence. when she did acknowledge me, she rudely said “can I help you?” Just not a comforting way to welcome a customer when they are about to spend quite a bit of money. .
