It is not really an appointment. It is just a designated time to “check in”. I expect an appointment to be a reserved time to have service provided. As an owner of a mfg business, I could see a lot of ways to streamline your process which could make your organization more profitable and your customers more satisfied. More

I didn’t have a good experience. I had to leave my car after driving to pick it up because they damaged it, so I had to leave it.
