Oil change was schedule for two hours. I took over 3 hours for job to be complete. Realized after leaving the technician failed to reset the computer. Would not trouble shoot transmission problem, tech said wrong fluid used during fluid change, this was not true. Wanted to replace trannie for BIG bucks, car had 70K miles.
