Derek the service advisor does not return phone calls nor voicemails. He will only text you. I have worked in a car dealership for many years and this was a nightmare to get in contact with him. Not good bus voicemails. He will only text you. I have worked in a car dealership for many years and this was a nightmare to get in contact with him. Not good business if you ask me. Will not be coming back to this place ever again. I also returned the loaner vehicle and for days was getting phone calls saying I hadn’t returned the vehicle.
