Quick, courteous, clean dealership. I was surprised by the cost of the service. When I had taken my car to another BMW dealer the price had been much higher. My service rep notified me right off the bat o the cost of the service. When I had taken my car to another BMW dealer the price had been much higher. Communication was terrible. Price was awful. Kept finding new issues weeks later and tripled the price which was almost worth the whole value of the car. When I arrived the place was completely swamped with cars and I had to wait to get into the service Bay. Very few employees were wearing masks .
