He discovered hidden undercarriage damage which could have resulted in a catastrophic failure. He contacted my insurance adjuster, prepared a road-damage claim and handled the entire matter professionally. I owe him a debt of gratitude. Not only that, but the next visit I made to simply adjust my tire pressure, he handed me a refund check for $149 which apparently was an overpayment that I had made to them that the insurance company had covered already.
