Simple oil change. 20 miles from dealer. Minimum low oil warning came in. Called dealer and was told Zac would be messages and call me to arrange tow back to dealer to assess issue. Awesome service. My first time to Sarasota BMW and Chong Lee took great care of me. My car was scheduled for oil change, but I was concerned with 2 others issues. Chong & The technician acknowledged both Lee took great care of me. My car was scheduled for oil change, but I was concerned with 2 others issues. Chong & The technician acknowledged both and corrected both (working through their lunch hour). They also sent me a video of my car pointing out the areas they worked on (which I could share with my husband) Good job BMW of Sarasota 👏. Impressive on all fronts! More
