I dropped off my car on a Saturday. The concierge was not welcoming and very quiet/reserved. I waited 15 minutes for a service advisor and only when I asked how much longer did I get attention. Thorough insp welcoming and very quiet/reserved. I waited 15 minutes for a service advisor and only when I asked how much longer did I get attention. Thorough inspection of my car and an issue with siezed parts gave me a choice of a $2100+ bill to do an alignment or get it done for a lot less aftermarket. Wouldn't necessarily be as bad if it wasn't for an issue that I had not brought it in for and was preventative maintenance....I did appreciate the comp. Uber they provide. More
