Derek the service advisor does not return phone calls nor voicemails. He will only text you. I have worked in a car dealership for many years and this was a nightmare to get in contact with him. Not good bus voicemails. He will only text you. I have worked in a car dealership for many years and this was a nightmare to get in contact with him. Not good business if you ask me.
