I took my BMW to this dealership in response to a recall, and had that procedure completed. Some of the vehicle's system did not seem to be operating correctly. Since I have a friend who works on German cars and had that procedure completed. Some of the vehicle's system did not seem to be operating correctly. Since I have a friend who works on German cars, I asked him if he could run a diagnostic. He found that while the recall update was done, the ancillary systems were NOT reset (window operation, radio settings, seat settings, etc.) He suggested that inexperience was probably the cause. This is unacceptable. I will only use this dealership for any future recall work and have the car checked independently. More
