I dropped off my car on a Saturday. The concierge was not welcoming and very quiet/reserved. I waited 15 minutes for a service advisor and only when I asked how much longer did I get attention. Thorough inspection of my car and an issue with siezed parts gave me a choice of a $2100+ bill to do an alignment or get it done for a lot less aftermarket. Wouldn't necessarily be as bad if it wasn't for an issue that I had not brought it in for and was preventative maintenance....I did appreciate the comp. Uber they provide. More
First time at this dealer, as I just moved here. I have had BMW’s since 1998. No one wore a mask even at this place even though Covid is still around. My advisor was supposed to call me at 3:00 to tell me had BMW’s since 1998. No one wore a mask even at this place even though Covid is still around. My advisor was supposed to call me at 3:00 to tell me what was going on with my car. No phone call. I left a message at 4:40 asking for a return call. I got a text 10 minutes before they were to close (6:00) that the car was finished as they didn’t hear the whirring noise. I called but it was too late to pick up the car they said.. So the next day I paid the $182 for “diagnostics” when they heard nothing. When I picked up my car I had to go find it in a parking lot. On my way home I heard the whirring noise again, and strangely, my radio station was on rap music which I don’t listen to. So I guess it is hard to hear a noise when you have the radio station on. and that is why they didn’t hear the noise I had described. The service center I had been going to for years prior treated me way differently. This place was disappointing. I am going to take my car to a different dealer or a place that fixes BMW’s. More
