I have been a customer of this dealerships for over 20 years & have always received top rated customer service. I have to say, I was a little nervous to find out my previous SA was no longer with the US b years & have always received top rated customer service. I have to say, I was a little nervous to find out my previous SA was no longer with the US branch a few visits ago. However, my new SA, Chong, is just as AWESOME! He is attentive, very responsive & always goes above and beyond. Thank you for another great experience! Tim in sales was also great. The most important thing you can do as a salesperson is to listen to your customer and try to match what they are looking for with inventory you have. I felt that Tim did this & when they didn't have a vehicle that fit my needs, Tim did not become pushy or dismissive. Instead he remained informative and helpful. Great job everyone. More

BMW of Sarasota is a very clean facility. As soon as I drove my car into the service department I was greeted by a friendly employee who directed me where to go and who to talk to. He went over what would happen to my car that morning, told me how much time was needed for my service, and told me he would come back out if that timeframe extend it any longer.
