I was informed of an issue that needed repair, and given a quote. It was not inexpensive. Once I reached hubby to agree we go ahead, he informed me we just had same repair one year ago at former BMW dealer. I informed my service rep, and in the end, it was all worked out via BMW and I didn’t have to pay a 2nd time for same repair. That part was great. I’m just wondering if they would have ever said anything about it if we hadn’t brought it to their attention. I was told the cars VIN # would show all dealer records and work performed on the vehicle. Nevertheless, it was a good end result and we’ll be back. More

Relatively quick service. Service greeter didn’t have a clear understanding of the job she was doing. Service writer Brent was excellent.
