Service advisor and Employees are very professional. Only complaint is if they could have given a more accurate date on when the car would be finished. Derek was extremely helpful and customer focused, He was articulate and communicated clearly. After replacing 4 new tires and fixing the tire pressure monitoring system, I was concerned with the way the car articulate and communicated clearly. Very responsive service department. An issue came up Saturday. Called Sarasota BMW immediately and was able to schedule service for Monday. Was given a loaner without hesitation. Carlos was wonderful. He took care of everything. I love that they text information and they sent me a video of the technician working on the car. Only thing that I could say that could use improvement is t that they text information and they sent me a video of the technician working on the car. They walked me over to hertz but call me a snob, I did not like the Toyota carolla I was given to drive home. Otherwise everything was efficient and done with a good attitude. Hard to see smiles behind the masks :). More
