Whereas my service associate was professional, I had a 8am appointment for routine oil change, was not cheeked in until 8:39, and car was finished at 11:15. This was the longest routine service time I ha 8am appointment for routine oil change, was not cheeked in until 8:39, and car was finished at 11:15. This was the longest routine service time I have ever had in >40 years of having cars serviced. Certainly cannot recommend this dealership for service. More
