Greg, my service adviser, was responsive and helpful. Unfortunately, the technician who performed the repair, failed to update the computer, requiring a return trip to the dealer. Additionally, and most disturbingly, when my x5 was returned, all the contents of my center console were thrown in my back seats and on the rear floor. Nothing appears to have been taken but this is unacceptable. I was late for an appointment, so could not make inquiry at the time. I will raise this with Greg on my return to have the computer updated. More
