I picked up my car and left on Saturday. Immediately my car made the stuttering tour mechanics failed to notice. I’ve since driven to and from the Keys 2x and it does it every time. It’s horrible. Also, since the software update my idrive system turns off while driving, as does my side and front impact notifications. More

After leaving a voicemail and playing phone tag and finally making an appointment upon arrival there was no appointment with my name on it. It was a 2 o'clock appointment and I had a 415 as well w my d finally making an appointment upon arrival there was no appointment with my name on it. Since my car has roof racks we couldn't do the free car wash after my oil change .. they promised to get me out super quick sense we were going to do half the work but unfortunately I was still late to my 415. The snacks in the lobby were awesome though More

She was able to accommodate a next day request service call and set me up with a rental to make my existing meeting in Sarasota and the expectations. Services / repairs:touch up paint on scratches and fixing moulding on wind shield not done. Told will be contacted to bring car back. Have not heard from service since then.
