When I called to make an appointment, I told the scheduler that I had a road bike in the back of the car and that I would drop the car off, take my bike out and go with a group of cyclists to ride 3 scheduler that I had a road bike in the back of the car and that I would drop the car off, take my bike out and go with a group of cyclists to ride 36 miles and then cycle back to the dealership. Derek was extremely helpful and customer focused, He was articulate and communicated clearly. After replacing 4 new tires and fixing the tire pressure monitoring system, I was concerned with the way the car articulate and communicated clearly. Carlos was wonderful. He took care of everything. I love that they text information and they sent me a video of the technician working on the car. Only thing that I could say that could use improvement is t that they text information and they sent me a video of the technician working on the car. Only thing that I could say that could use improvement is their loaner car availability. My car had to stay overnight because something under warranty was covered. They walked me over to hertz but call me a snob, I did not like the Toyota carolla I was given to drive home. Otherwise everything was efficient and done with a good attitude.
