Poor communication and service on my 2015 BMW. My car stayed in the same parked location for four days without moving. No one called me to give me an update or tell me what was going on. Scope of work consisted of recall replacements of driver air bag, blower wiring and pcv component. Work was performed well. Service for dangerous recalls required customer to operate vehicle to location alm air bag, blower wiring and pcv component. Work was performed well. Service for dangerous recalls required customer to operate vehicle to location almost an hour away. Flyer stated mobile service was available but did not support all recalls. No towing service offered. Dangerous recall created a Cost for towing. Consumer forced to foot the bill. More
