My experience of the service department does not match the sales team. Chris and Lisa V are fabulous and greatly helped to overcome many missed handoffs with the service team. We had an appointment for Saturday the 25th at 10:30. All we needed to do was drop off our car and pick up a Loaner, we waited over an hour and a half to speak to our Service Advisor. We have never experienced anything like that at this dealership. When you have an appointment for 10:30 you should be taken care of in a timely manner. There was not adequate staffing to help the customers in the service area. More
