Mohammad the sales rep was so professional, as well was the finance process. EVERYONE at this dealership went above and beyond working with me. Very fast, I did notice the team work to get everything don the finance process. EVERYONE at this dealership went above and beyond working with me. Very fast, I did notice the team work to get everything done was amazing, right down to the small details like ezpass stickers for windshield. Mohammad was the best salesperson I have ever worked with. I will definitely return and I'm spreading the word. Finance person even wiped down office for me due to my husbands illness, just amazing!!! Thank you all at BMW Shrewsbury! Happy Holidays to all! More

By far the BEST dealership ever! ! I was able to fish around the parking sales lot without anyone bothering me and when I was ready I walk in and ask for help and they were ready to h ! Ryan Marcello, is the best and so kind and did everything to help!! Everything went smoothly and he explained every process to us. Ryan your awesome and we will always be back and please don’t go anywhere!! Adam was also great at explaining all the paperwork and was personable as well, we talk about family while reviewing the paperwork which was great! And Cody!!! He explained the electronic part of the car. I love that this was done because I wasnt familiar with everything. Although it was way pass 5pm, (left parking lot around 5:45/6pm) this team stayed and made sure I was comfortable in the car, it was detailed and wash and they even put the racks on the car for me!! Who does that- after hours!!! By far the best!!! I am in love with my car and seriously this team went above and beyond!! They also paired up with my husband and son to prank me after I bought the car to say that it didn’t have apple carplay…. Is does have apple carplay but I love that they ALL joke around and treated us like family!! Please dont ever change!! More
