Superb Customer Service Recently (Feb 9, 2019) bought a CPO'ed BMW 428i that came off lease. Mr. Strassman kept an eye out for us for this car coming off lease, and managed Recently (Feb 9, 2019) bought a CPO'ed BMW 428i that came off lease. Mr. Strassman kept an eye out for us for this car coming off lease, and managed to hold the care for us for nearly two weeks until we could drive from Chesapeake, Virginia to buy the car. I have bought 12+ cars in my life and this purchase was one of the easiest and fastest. Mr. Strassman was incredibly helpful to arrange the deal, and the car was better than described. I think Mr. Strassman and the dealership treated us wonderfully, and would easily drive the 4 hours to Silver Spring BMW again for my next car purchase. More

Ron Askew Excellent Salesperson - Bought My Dream Car!! I did not expect to actually purchase my dream car when I visited BMW in Silver Spring yesterday. I had seen a BMW convertible online that I wanted t I did not expect to actually purchase my dream car when I visited BMW in Silver Spring yesterday. I had seen a BMW convertible online that I wanted to test drive and met with Ron Askew. He was so helpful, low key and friendly and super knowledgeable about the car I was looking at (2 series convertible). He recommended the all wheel drive versus rear wheel which I am so thankful for. During the test drive he explained all the important features of the car and discussed how the dealership had a "genius" I could schedule an appointment with for detailed training (which I will need!). A fantastic, smooth experience overall and I drove home with an amazing car ! I would very highly recommend Ron Askew to anyone looking to purchase a BMW ! I have not dealt with a salesperson in any business--autos or anything else--who demonstrated more customer care and attentiveness. I live three states and 200+ miles from this dealership, which certainly complicates a car purchase, but with Max it was easier than buying from a dealer next door. He took care of everything in a way that made this purchase without any stress. Very fair in negotiating the terms, very effective in setting up the delivery, very solicitous in following up to assure my satisfaction.
