I was looking for a 2016 manual transmission, which nowadays is hard to find and the closest dealership that had what I was looking for was in Silver Spring, MD. Glad I made the 110 mile drive. This was the best experience I've ever had with any dealership, let alone BMW. Karen Herbert, my Client Advisor set the bar high. She provided expert advice, friendly sincere customer service and clearly showed she wanted my business and not just my money which I find lacks in many other dealerships. Karen also went beyond my expectations by providing me with incentive information available to prior military members, which by the way, I never knew existed. I arrived when dealership open at 9am and before noon, I was driving back home with my new BMW. My next new BMW will be with Karen, no doubt. More
