People there go out of their way to make sure you have all your questions answered ( I was new to BMW.). Also they were very patient when I changed my mind on which car I was interested in several times, all your questions answered ( I was new to BMW.). I have had 10 new cars in my life and this one is my favorite. The comfort is unmatched and it’s sporty also. More

Mr. Ptak’s genuineness, knowledge, and passion for the work are clearly evident in his ability to engage in solution focused practices; identify and utilize opportunities to improve the overall customer experience and service delivery practices at Silver Spring. Needless to say he definitely made up for the less than exemplar experience I had previously with others; and for that I am most appreciative. Mr. Ptak took the time to contact me related to a previous “less than satisfactory” experience; listened to my concerns, and was able to effectively communicate, problem solve, and better inform me of my options and the service needed for my M550i; from start to finish. I greatly appreciate the collaborative effort between Mr. Ptak and Mr. C. King. In the end I can say I am most confident in working with these two in the future. More
