The Best BMW Center I have been a big BMW guy ever since owning my first 3-series, and I knew I didn't want to own another brand. As my 04' 325i started to show its age I I have been a big BMW guy ever since owning my first 3-series, and I knew I didn't want to own another brand. As my 04' 325i started to show its age I began saving up for a new car. After some less than stellar experiences at BMW dealerships closer to where I live, I decided to give BMW of Silver Spring a try. Many other BMW owners I knew all had key-fobs with a silver spring BMW logo on them so I thought there must have been a reason why! That reason was readily apparent as soon as I began contact with my Sales Client Advisor Kan Zhou. Kan was by far the most friendly and helpful client advisor I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He not only helped me order the exact vehicle I wanted with all the parts I wanted, but gave me an excellent deal. Throughout the 10 week order process (taking longer because of port installed options) Kan kept me well up to date and responded to all of my frequent emails, answering all my questions quickly and happily. When the day came to pick up my car I couldn't be happier, it was detailed and ready to go. After all the paper work was said and done Kan even willingly stood outside in the rain to help show me through all the electronic functions of the car, as this 2015 M235i was a large step up from what I was used to. Overall the entire purchasing and ordering experience at BMW of Silver Spring exceeded all of my expectations and was completely enjoyable, I will definitely be looking here for any further vehicle needs and Kan Zhou will be my first choice. I also want to thank the finance department, specifically Anthony Lucas and Andrew Lippincott who both helped me get the payments And financing I needed. If you are shopping for a BMW look no further, I drove almost 100 miles to Silver Spring and would gladly do it again! More

Mr. Michael Fastman is genuine and caring General Manager who knows customers by name and provides his assistance when ever he can. Mr. Fastman spotted me walking around the show room one Saturday, he greeted me, and asked if anything was wrong. I told him my vehicle was in the service shop for routine maintenance. We talked for a while and he made me feel comfortable while his staff prepared a loaner vehicle. Mr. Fastman really cares about his customers' well being.
