We are USAA members and after being contacted by the dealership to speak with them about a new car we subsequently went to the dealership. The sales room was not very full however, despite waiting for over 40 minutes, we did not meet with any representative as well. This was undoubtedly the worst customer service we have ever experienced buying a car and I would highly advise people to save your time, energy and money. We subsequently purchased a new 2015 X3 from the dealership in DC. Avoid this horrendous dealership. More

I just bought my first BMW (2015 X3) from BMW of Silver Spring. I am very happy with my purchase experience with Karen Herbert, sales representative. She is honest, helpful, efficient and professional and never pushy. We also had a pleasant business transaction to finalize the purchase with the financial staff. The purchase price is good and there are no hidden costs. Karen helped to go through our need and made a direct factory order to fit our preference. The whole process including the waiting time took less than four weeks. In doing the factory order, we got the color and options that fit our need and saved money on items in some existing cars, which we do not want. We are pleased with the whole process and will go back to the same dealer and Karen again when I need to purchase another BMW.
