My wife and I were in the market for a used car. We found the perfect used Mazda at BMW of Silver Spring. We planned on going to see it on a Saturday, so i called on Monday to ensure that the car was still t the perfect used Mazda at BMW of Silver Spring. We planned on going to see it on a Saturday, so i called on Monday to ensure that the car was still there. I spoke with Jaime who in turn referred me to Lonnie Overby. I spoke to Lonnie again on Friday to ensure the car was still there, which it was. I informed Lonnie that i wanted to make sure it was still there because I was coming from Mt. Airy (a 50 minute drive) and was coming with two kids. When i arrived Lonnie had had the car washed and placed in the service bay for us to look at. I really appreciated the way that Lonnie went the extra mile and pulled in the car to the service bay so that we wouldn't have to look at the car outside, in the cold with a newborn son. We loved the car and we immediately started the process to buy the vehicle. The whole exprience was great and Lonnie made us feel like humans rather than a dollar sign. I have bought 3 used cars before from various dealerships and have just felt like i was a commission to the sales man, Lonnie didn't make us feel that way. The process lasted a little longer than i would have liked (a couple feedings and few diaper changes) However when it was over it was all worth it. We love our car and we loved dealing with Lonnie Overby. I really thought I would be buying elsewhere a 2009 BMW 750li, with modest mileage and virtually all options, and in impeccable condition with 8 months remaining on factory warranty. Jacob never offered the first reason why I should'not buy another car, and most professionally took a great deal of time merely going over a 2010 750Li xDrive that I showed an interest in. Without salesmanship per se, Jacob had me convinced that his company's car was a much better value and after my showing earnest interest in making an offer. Jacob encouraged me to test drive the car, once again, as purchase would be an expenditure of a great deal of money. A month after owning my BMW, I could not be happier about my purchase from BMW of Silver Spring. More
