Let me start by stating I'm a retired Md. Trooper, and as such not a warm and fuzzy person. I also despise the car buying game most dealers play. So when I found a possible vehicle at Tischer I thought to my such not a warm and fuzzy person. I also despise the car buying game most dealers play. So when I found a possible vehicle at Tischer I thought to myself, great a 70 mile trip to the "City" just for disapointment. I contacted Rick Lopez and found him to be a laid back car guy. He supplyed the info I requested and I advised I'd stop down. The next day Jerry called and I made an appointment. On arrival Jerry was with other customers and ask if I would see Norman as to not make me wait (what a change). Norman was great. He found the vehicle I wanted to see and arranged for me to drive it over the weekend. The vehicle didn't have an option I wanted, no hard sell, no pressure. Rick checked incoming inventory and found the perfect vehicle and went to work on the price. No good cop/bad cop. Rick (pre owned manager) went over the numbers with me and made it work. The few minor problem with the car was repaired, no questions ask. Norman went over the certified pre owned warranty with me until I couldn,t think of anymore questions. On delivery day everything was perfect. Kevin in finance took care of the paperwork. Norman went over all the options, and soon I felt sorry I had to leave. This is the best car buying experence in my 53 years. Two days later Norman called to check with me, I mentioned the glovebox light was missing. The next day UPS delivered a new light. Folks, it don't get any better then the team at Tischer BMW, PERIOD!!!!!! More

My experience was a pleasant one - everyone was professional, not pushy, and reasonable during negotiations. I would go back as well as recommend to a friend. More

He then introduced me to Mr. Rick Lopez who was more then helpful with other options; we agreed that he was going to follow up with me if anything new would come in. I thought nothing of it at the time, but surely enough he followed up with me and truly made me feel if I needed any help he was there to do so. I found the car that I wanted at a different car dealer, Mr. Lopez without any bad feelings answer any questions I had about the car, and stood by the BMW product 110%. Even though I did not buy the car there I will be servicing it, and referring people, because of the attitude and great service. More

He was also one of the few salesmen willing to answer my questions over the phone and not try to get me into a high pressure sale sit from the start. This has been the most delightful experience of my life. I always had a fear of going to a Car Dealership but visit to Tischer BMW changed my outlook for good. His mentor Chris Allen, whom he called in to answer some technicalities, was also very charming and comforting to us. We bought a 328i which we are enjoying thoroughly. Kailash was nice enough to walk us around the facility and introduce us to all the relevant people; the receptionist, the Service Advisors,Cashiers, Parts Desk guys etc.I have been telling all my friends at the Church ever since and even though we live almost next to BMW of Towson, they are all determined to go to Tischer BMW when they need cars.Kailash has remained in touch with us long after we bought the car and I even got a birthday card from him, which is very thoughtful.
