The auto arrived in the time-period given. I was introduced to the controls,etc. of my new BMW by another person named Crystal Letsios. She showed me how to use the controls and instruments. I called her around 6p.m. with a question, and she called back early the next day to address my inquiry. So my experience at BMW in Tenafly was very good. More
