Excellent customer experiece as usual from BMW This is our 3rd BMW. Two of which were purchased in Seattle, Washington and our recent purchase of a used 2009 BMW 128 i convertible in Beaverton, Or This is our 3rd BMW. Our Sales Representative, Patrick Murphy kept us informed throughout the process. Because of some minor service maintenance and a air bag recall, we were unable to take our car home that day. However, Patrick said he would deliver the car the next day and he did.. I might add, we are about 1 1/4 hours from Kuni BMW Beaverton, Oregon to our home in Longview, WA. Consistent excellence - well worth long drives I drive 6 hours one way - 12 total - to do business with KUNI BMW. I returned/leased 2 cars this weekend, so that meant 24 hours on the road.
