It took about 3 hours (I waited there) to do the oil change. I had asked for a tire rotation but they forgot to do that. I brought my BMW in for regular service at my appointment and that was 5 star service with Marc. He had a shuttle take me to a lunch spot and pick me up. The waiting area was very comfortable as expected. The only trouble I had was in making the appointment. I called a couple times and was not able to leave a message for the service team because the mailbox was full. The website also appeared to show inaccurate appointment availability and I confirmed that to be the case the 3rd time I called and spoke with the general operator. They passed a message on to the service team for me who called me back the next day. More
