Loaner car was presented with a virtual empty gas tank…said they were short handed and that is unacceptable. Melissa and the service department were friendly and easy to work with. The receptionist that I spoke to when I called to make my appointment was rude and made me feel like I was bothering her by calling for to work with. I went there with great expectations and I got just that. They worked hard to get me into the car I wanted. Which was the M340i ! I had an approval in South Carolina at a Toyota dealership for the 2022 m3 ba They worked hard to get me into the car I wanted. Which was the M340i ! I had an approval in South Carolina at a Toyota dealership for the 2022 m3 base but the issue was that non of the paperwork like maintenance or warranty was transferable. BMW of west Chester did that for me I have a full warranty and happy with my purchase. I will definitely be buying my cars at bmw of west Chester . Ralph my sales man hands down was honest and open. He is definitely the man to go to. With many moons of experience! The show room was clean, they have coffee and snacks while you wait. I was in and out by the way approved Friday , scheduled pick up for Saturday. Best experience ever More
