My tire had a bubble so needed replacement. I was able to get an appointment in relatively short time if I waited at the dealer for the work to be done. Total time waiting was about 2 hours d I was able to get an appointment in relatively short time if I waited at the dealer for the work to be done. Total time waiting was about 2 hours during which I got lots of paperwork done! Tire was under warranty, tire was replaced, I now am driving on 4 safe tires in my safe BMW. More

Purchased an M240i and had a very good sales experience. Wayne was excellent and made the transaction easy. Ask for him for your next car. The service department was very dishonest and poor. They recommended a new tire for a bubble on the sidewall which never existed. Took to another BMW dealership and independent tire center. Both confirmed tire was fine. Moreover the service department never addressed the primary reason the car was scheduled for. Ok to buy a car here but don't service it here. More
