BMW of West Chester is a first class service center from the time you drive in until you pick up your car. I was given a loaner, had my car PA inspected, recall fixed and oil service. They always send a the time you drive in until you pick up your car. I was given a loaner, had my car PA inspected, recall fixed and oil service. They always send a video from the mechanic going over what you asked to have done and makes no pressure recommendations. I plan on keeping my X3 for a while so only have it dealer serviced. More
