The drop off was seamless. My only complaint was that the car was finished before the lunch hour ( and I was waiting in the area as this location is not close to home with no l My only complaint was that the car was finished before the lunch hour ( and I was waiting in the area as this location is not close to home with no loaner vehicle option) and I was not informed car was ready. I stopped by and saw car waiting for delivery when I could have spent less time waiting for the lunch hour to conclude. As I appreciate the car wash benefit, I would have liked the option to decline to save time as I had just washed car hour b4 drop-off and have a local carwash membership. Overall, the staff was fabulous and professional. The service was excellent and as requested. I have been having a terrible time with my local Devon BMW and the service provided here was refreshing.
