Bill Cosenza makes an impossible job seem easy. Saturday morning and a packed schedule yet he’s able to squeeze me in to replace a blown tire. Always professional, he spoke in a matter of fact tone and he made sure each customer that I saw him speak with understood their particular car issue and the solution.
