BMW of West Chester is a first class service center from the time you drive in until you pick up your car. I was given a loaner, had my car PA inspected, recall fixed and oil service. Service was slow. When I booked the service, I was told it would take an hour. When I got there, I was told it would be 90 minutes. It was over 2 hours when I left.
