We take our responsibility for the care of your vehicle while in our possession seriously. Once made aware of your concerns by phone on the Monday after your Saturday service visit we offered to bring the vehicle in for evaluation of the residue on your wheels by our service manager. An appointment with Uber transportation was offered or with loaner transportation in early March. We truly regret not having the opportunity to demonstrate our commitment to your complete satisfaction in this instance.
