Dani and I came to an agreement over the phone. We came up the same day and finalized the deal. Bmw Of West Springfield is great place! I bought 2008 BMW 335i Coupe a pre-owned certified vehicle from them over a month ago,and been very satisfied with it. Although the car I was buying was for me, sales associates at other dealers spoke to my husband rather than me. Dani addressed me with respect and made the over all experience a pleasant one. Dani and his manager worked with us to give a fair trade for our car and a workable price for a beautiful new 335xi. Customer service has been outstanding, winter tires were put on the car several days after we bought it, Dani worked with me and the service department to coordinate a pick-up and drop off of my car. Quality of the work was outstanding, everyone in the service department was very friendly. Dani has not forgotten me once the car was off the lot, he has called me back promptly to answer questions and arrange the service for me. He has taken the time after I bought the car to go over things with me in person such as the navigation system which I had found a bit challenging. Before buying the BMW I had been to several other dealers and test drive many cars. I had no intention of buying a BMW and went into the dealership a little skeptical. I wanted to take sometime and express my heartfelt thank you for BMW West Springfield for their outstanding customer service during sales & as well in service. Especially the gentleman Mr. Gualter was a gre you for BMW West Springfield for their outstanding customer service during sales & as well in service. Especially the gentleman Mr. Gualter was a great sales person who had guided us and worked with us to identify the right vehicle and best possible financing options. He was not only knowledgeable but he ensured that he provided all the attention and care as if he was buying the vehicel for himself. While I have interesting experiences sales folks trying to sell in order to meet their targets, he did not thrust any of his views on us. Gualter is an asset to any organization ! In the sales process I got introduced to few other employees in the dealership and all of them were polite and most importantly customer centric. I did try to send a thank you email in the past to the owners during the last thanksgiving weekend but the emails bounced back. Overall, my experience with this dealership was great and since buying my BMW 528xi, I have been highly recommending everyone to this place to checkout for options!
