I was an out of state buyer and Craig took the time to make and send videos of the vehicles I was considering in which he showed specific features and differences. Before going to look at the used car I inquired about the condition of the tires to which they responded in writing (text conversation) that the car had new tires. Since I was told they were new I did not in condition of the tires to which they responded in writing (text conversation) that the car had new tires. Since I was told they were new I did not inspect them closely when I test drove the car. When I saw the car in person I was actually surprised how filthy it was since they were trying to sell it. Overall condition was good so I bought it and took it to a local detail shop for a proper cleaning. The detailer pointed out how worn 2 of the tires were and that one had a bulge in the sidewall. I contacted the dealer via text, included a screenshot of the conversation I had with sales, and was told they’d look into it. Received a subsequent phone call unrelated to the tires but it was mentioned that they were working to address the tire matter too. Never heard from them again. Also upon purchase we signed a promised/owed document to get new wiper blades since they were streaky but that has gone unaddressed too. Staff were nice polite people though, just feel like I got the true “used car salesman” experience on this transaction. More
