Brandy was great; she took her personal time to help me and it was much appreciated. I was disappointed that my appointment was scheduled for Friday but the garage couldn't get to it until Monday; my appo and it was much appreciated. I would have preferred to drive my own car over the weekend instead of the loaner. Secondly, the service department did not reset the 'service needed' monitor and Brandy had to come out to my home (which is 35 minutes from BMW West STL) to reset it.
