Our salesperson, Veronica Tran was attentive, patient, professional and made us feel at home every step of the way. Throughout the process, Veronica's goal was to put us in the right model that fit our budget. As I said, she was patient and obviously dedicated to the customer experience as she went so far as to swap cars with a client who had a loaner we were interested in. Her hard work was appreciated and we ended up with a new X3 at the end of the process.
