Excellent Experience I had narrowed my car choices down to 2--including a used BMW X5. Brandon Giganti (who had already leased two new BMWs to my wife and son within the l I had narrowed my car choices down to 2--including a used BMW X5. Brandon Giganti (who had already leased two new BMWs to my wife and son within the last year!) was great to deal with. Answered questions, explained differences between models and model years and, most importantly to me, was not high-pressure. He knew I was waffling between this car and one from another dealer and he simply answered my questions and let me decide which, in fact, helped me decide! The financing part took a while, but Bob was by himself and got hit with a few things before he could get to us. The paperwork was explained and it flowed in an orderly fashion. I had a rate in mind from my local bank and Bob was able to get it matched. Everyone I encountered was friendly--I highly recommend Brandon and the team at BMW West County. (P.S. This is my wife's 2nd BMW and any service issues she's had have been greeted with excellent service). More
