I was seeking a BMW M850i xDrive Gran Coupe with specific exterior and interior color options, rare 19” wheels and all the tech options. I started my search with another local dealer and online research thro exterior and interior color options, rare 19” wheels and all the tech options. I started my search with another local dealer and online research through various websites. I could not find a vehicle that came close to meeting my criteria. I decided to give BMW of West St. Louis a shot at finding my M850i due to their diverse inventory. OMG! I should have started my search here. It has been a first-class experience, starting with the personalized video that Sydney (Client Advisor) sent me to introduce herself. After emailing my specifications to Sydney, I visited the dealership to discuss my options. I felt like a newcomer at a family reunion. I think I was introduced to everyone in the showroom, financing, and Craig, the owner! Sydney was wonderful. I felt that she was truly dedicated to helping me find the perfect car at the right price. Sydney and the team found two vehicles that met my requirements except the 19” wheels. I was about give up on the 19” wheels when the team suddenly found a PERFECT match at the assembly plant in Dingolfing, Germany. To ensure that I would be satisfied with the colors, Sydney presented two vehicles on the lot that matched my top exterior and interior color preferences. GREAT! Now it was time to discuss price … or not. With several hours of online research behind me, I had a target price in mind. The dealership’s first and only offer met my price expectations. No negotiation was needed due to their transparent and fair pricing. After we agreed on the price, the team acted quickly to reserve my vehicle. I am waiting for delivery, but I look forward to a long-lasting relationship with BMW of West St. Louis.
