We live 4 hours from St. Louis and Veronica went out of her way to explain the process, help us with a trade estimate for our car, and coordinate our purchase experience. When the vehicle was ready for pickup, Veronica was true to her word on the pricing and trade-in and we were in an out in less than two hours (which primarily was made up of a test drive and an extensive walkthrough of the car and how it works).
