My sales guy Q Shirazi was able to get me into my Porsche Carrera 4s Cab which I have been looking for and I had been looking for a year or so. He had remembered I was looking and sure enough they had one come in with the exact options and color! Knowing Q Shirazi had a passion for vehicles he was able to give me a full description of the vehicle before I had even seen it and told him to take a deposit and hold it for me till I came back in town. I landed went straight to the dealership and it was immaculate and ready to go. I hope to keep doing business with this dealership and Q Shirazi. Getting him on the phone I realized that he was a true car enthusiast and immediately made me feel comfortable with purchasing a pre-owned, high end car sight-unseen from a distance. He did a great job getting me information and pictures, even offering to video chat if needed. When it came time to handle the paperwork, everything was easy going and he worked closely with manager Steve David and fiance specialist Dan Walker to make sure the care was prepared just the way I wanted it, delivered on time and with a great deal on financing. The deal would not have been possible without him! When the car arrived everything was perfect and the whole deal took just over a week from state to finish. Great experience, highly recommended. Best Ever I am 65 and have purchased too many vehicles to think about. The overall experience at BMW of Westlake was hands down the best car buying experience I am 65 and have purchased too many vehicles to think about. The overall experience at BMW of Westlake was hands down the best car buying experience my wife and I have ever experienced. From his initial phone call advising of the arrival of a 2011 Z4 I might be interested in to our final handshake, Jerry Mancini did an amazing job! His no pressure approach should be duplicated by every car salesman. Fred Palmer, Sales Manager, handled the negotiations in a professional manner and I believe very satisfactory to both ourselves and the dealership. The financing department was also a very easy, low stress process. They offered a rate better than our local credit union. We were out of his office (sorry, don't remember his name, my apologies) in less than 15 minutes. The service department touched up a couple blemishes such that I cannot find them! They also ordered, received and installed a BMW wind deflector I had requested, all in a very short time. With the car beautifully detailed, they handed it back to Jerry for the hand off. Finally, John Cordell, Product Genius, did an excellent job explaining the car's various functions. Thank you to the entire team for our best ever car buying experience. More
